Dr. Patrick J. DiVietri

$16.95

Formation in Christian Love Volume 2: The Primary Age of Innocence deals with the particular virtues that are acquired between the ages of 3-7 years.  It presents practical guidance from the document Truth and Meaning of Human Sexuality.  It goes on to correlate the "learning stages" from that document with the first stage of virtue formation .  Obedience, Sincerity and Order are covered in practical ways both by Dr. DiVietri and Dr. David Isaacs of the University of Navarre, Pamplona, Spain.  Dr. Patrick DiVietri discusses the three virtues of this stage, practical considerations and applies the formula: "DIF" to help parents form objectives in reaching their goals during this stage. Dr. DiVietri:

  • "D"efines the virtue

  • "I"dentifies objectives in the definition and

  • "F"ormulates tasks or activities, which help instill those objectives.
